Designed with health education as a major focus, this medical clinic will serve the Gressier region to improve health and health education. The building is outfitted with two operating rooms, dental office, 4 exam rooms, lab, pharmacy, outpatient quarters and doctors live in quarters. All of the rooms are wrapped around a large auditorium for seminars and classes on health.
The building utilizes eps foam and a proprietary one layer stucco to provide a light weight wall assembly with great insulation and water resistant surface.
Community education auditorium is surrounded by the medical clinics facilities and has an opening toward the ocean to allow the ocean breeze to cool the space.
doctor living quarters has a large covered deck with openings to the view of the mountains and ocean.
